“Though he has worked in the food
industry from the age of 15, David MacLennan did not recognize
that his passion was for cooking until after he was almost
finished with an engineering degree at the University of Florida.
Working in restaurants while at UF, Maclennan realized that
he wanted to pursue a different dream and entered the Johnson
and Wales University culinary school in south Florida and has
been advancing in the restaurant business ever since.
